Code Regs, tit. 8, §1710(g)(1) (2010) - A hollow rectangular tubular beam was mounted on top of a steel plate as part of a steel structure under construction. The Division failed to establish that the tubular beam was a “solid web structural member” within the meaning of the safety order.
