WATER SUPPLY – SINGLE-SERVICE DRINKING CUPS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1524(a)(2) (2014) – Employer did not provide single-service cups and did not take any other steps to ensure every employee had access to drinking water.

HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION – PROVISION OF WATER
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(c) (2014) – Employer did not provide drinking water for its employees on two specific dates.

HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION – TRAINING, WRITTEN PROCEDURES AVAILABLE TO EMPLOYEES AND THE DIVISION
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(f)(3) (2014) – Employer’s heat illness prevention plan lacked written specific procedures for compliance with subsections of the safety order.

FLOOR OPENINGS, FLOOR HOLES AND ROOFS – SKYLIGHTS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3212(e) (2014) – Employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling through skylights by any of the methods required by the standard. However, the violation was reclassified from serious willful to general willful.
