OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH APPEALS BOARD – JURISDICTION Labor Code § 6614 (2022) - Labor Code § 6614 is a jurisdictional time limit for filing a petition for reconsideration. The Board does not have the authority to grant a late petition. The Order Dismissing Appeal and penalties assessed by the ALJ were affirmed.
