PENALTIES – FAILURE TO REPORT SERIOUS INJURY Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 342(a) (2014) – Employer failed to report an employee’s injury; thus, the $5,000 penalty was reasonable. The Board reversed the ALJ’s reduction of the penalty to a notice in lieu.
