Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(b)(2) (2010) - Employer failed to maintain documentation of gantry crane operation safety given to an employee and a supervisor.

CRANES AND OTHER HOISTING EQUIPMENT - TRAVEL
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 4991(a) (2010) - The evidence did not establish that Employer failed to control the gantry crane’s travel to avoid collision with employees.

CRANES AND OTHER HOISTING EQUIPMENT - OPERATING PRACTICES
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 5008(d) (2010) - The Division failed to establish that the gantry crane’s warning alarm was not sounded as it approached at least one worker.

CRANES (EXCEPT BOOM-TYPE MOBILE CRANES) - TRUCK WHEEL GUARDS AND RAILSWEEPS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 4906(b) (2010) - Employer operated a gantry crane equipped with wheel guards that did not prevent a person from being crushed beneath the wheels, and the clearance between the guard and the wheels’ running surface did not afford maximum protection against crushing injuries.
