INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP)
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1509(a) (2011) - Employer failed to establish and maintain an effective IIPP in neglecting to recognize and address potential hazards associated with operating aerial lifts on a passenger platform under construction at a rail station, and to devise methods to remove and minimize the hazards.
