INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) – CORRECTING UNSAFE CONDITIONS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(6) (2014) – The Division failed to establish that Employer, a theme park, did not establish and implement methods in its IIPP for correcting unsafe conditions with respect to a “burn-in” procedure on a ride attraction.

CLEANING, REPAIRING, SERVICING AND ADJUSTING PRIME MOVERS, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT – CLEANING, SERVICING AND ADJUSTING OPERATIONS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3314(c) (2014) – The cited safety order not apply because no maintenance, routine or otherwise, was being performed on the ride vehicle during the “burn-in” procedure.
