INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) – FAILURE TO CORRECT UNSAFE WORK CONDITIONS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(2) (2015) – Employer failed to enforce safety and health practices and ensure that employees followed safe work practices, directives, policies and procedures for maintaining a safe work environment, as required by its IIPP. The ALJ increased the penalty for this serious violation to reflect a high rating for extent.
