44 COR 40-7941 [¶22,779] CONSTRUCTION SAFETY ORDERS – DUSTS, FUMES, MISTS, VAPORS AND GASES, LEAD Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1532.1(h)(1) (2017) – The Division failed to establish that Employer did not maintain surfaces as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. The ALJ concluded that there is no maximum threshold of lead accumulation over which the Standards Board has deemed a violation of the safety order.
