AGRICULTURAL OPERATIONS - SHORT-HANDLED TOOLS Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3456(b) (2009) - The Division established that Employer’s workers were working in kneeled, bending or stooping positions while using short-handled tools to weed around spinach plants.
