Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 4999(a) (2014) – The Division established that an employee performing rigging operations had not been trained, a general violation.
CRANES – OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 5006(a) (2014) – The Division failed to establish that an untrained person was operating Employer’s crane.
CRANES – HANDLING LOADS, ATTACHING LOAD TO HOOK BY SLINGS OR OTHER SUITABLE MEANS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 4999(c)(1) (2014) – The Division established that a load was not attached to a crane hook by slings or other suitable means, a serious, accident-related violation.
