Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a) (2014) – In affirming an ALJ’s decision sustaining the citation, but for different reasons, the Board concluded that Employer violated the safety order by failing to maintain a written IIPP. The Board concluded that §3203(a) has no exception, and requires that every employer establish a written IIPP.
