Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(4) (2014) – The Division did not establish that Employer failed to identify and evaluate the hazards of wearing multiple layers of clothing while working in high heat.

INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) – METHODS AND/OR PROCEDURES FOR CORRECTING UNSAFE OR UNHEALTHY CONDITIONS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(6) (2014) – The Division did not establish that Employer failed to ensure that methods and procedures had been developed and implemented for correcting unhealthy conditions for employees wearing multiple layers of clothing.

HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (HIPP) – TRAINING
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(f)(1)(A) (2014) – The Division did not establish that Employer failed to train employees on environmental and personal risk factors for heat illness related to wearing multiple layers of clothing in high heat.
