Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(f) (2016) – The cited safety order applied to the issue of whether Employer properly implemented its HIPP training in the field. However, the Division failed to establish that Employer did not implement effective HIPP training. Employer’s response to the two incidents at issue was appropriate under the circumstances, and its response effectively implemented Employer’s HIPP training.
