TRANSPORTING EMPLOYEES - FLATBED TRUCKS, PICKUPS OR DUMP TRUCKS Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3702(r)(5)(2011) - An employee sitting on the rear of Employer’s truck bed was not sitting on the rear of the truck, and his legs were not hanging over the end of the truck, because the platform structure was an integral element of the truck. The safety order allowed placement of the employee in that position.
