al. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3314(c) (2009) - The Division established a violation because the injured employee did not de-energize the power source while adjusting the belt on the pulley of a compressor. 

HAZARDOUS ENERGY CONTROL - CLEANING, REPAIRING, SERVICING, SETTING-UP, AND ADJUSTING OPERATIONS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3314(g)(1) (2009) - The record suggested that a general energy control procedure existed, as the injured employee admitted violating it. However, the Division cited the wrong subsection of the safety order with respect to the alleged violation. 

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - DISCHARGED
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 6151(c)(4) (2009) - The Division failed to offer sufficient evidence regarding the condition of a fire extinguisher that the Division alleged was not fully charged. 

BELT AND PULLEY DRIVES - GUARDING
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 4070(a) (2009) - The Division failed to demonstrate employee exposure to an unguarded V-belt and pulley on a compressor.
