APPEAL – LATE FILING Labor Code § 6601, Board reg. § 359(d) (2021) – Employer failed to show good cause for its untimely appeals, which were due to its misunderstanding of the appeals process. Moreover, Employer was not entitled to amend a timely appeal of one citation to include the citations it failed to timely appeal.
