Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3314(j) (2014) – The Division did not establish that Employer failed to train an employee in hazardous energy control for a plastic molding machine.

Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 4601(a) (2014) – The Division could not establish a serious violation for unguarded points of operation on a plastic molding machine because it did not comply with Labor Code §6432(b)(1)(E). The ALJ reclassified the violation to general.
