PARTY STATUS – PARTY TO PROCEEDING ENTITLED TO SERVICE OF ALL DOCUMENTS AND NOTICES Board reg. § 354(i) (2015) – The failure of the parties to serve an employee who had party status with all required documents constituted a significant oversight, and improperly impeded the employee’s ability to provide effective input into settlement discussions. As a result, the Board reversed a prior order approving a settlement between the Division and Employer.
