Code Regs, tit. 8, § 342(b), Labor Code § 6409.2 (2013) - After responding to a request for emergency assistance, Employer, a county fire service agency, was required to report the victim’s death to the Division. The Board determined that a $375 penalty was appropriate for its failure to do so.
