PERMIT REQUIREMENTS – PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR, PROJECT PERMIT Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 341(d)(4) (2016) – The Division failed to establish that Employer violated the safety order by not obtaining a project permit prior to commencing erection of a structure intended to be more than 36 feet when completed. There was no credible evidence that Employer was the project administrator responsible for obtaining the project permit.
