Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, §§ 8600(a) and (b), 8601 (2017) – Employer was performing switchboard cable work, which included installing telecommunication cables and circuits. This work fell within the purview of the Telecommunication Safety Orders.

Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 8603(a) (2017) – Employer failed to provide training to employees in the various precautions and safe practices, specifically the use of fall protection equipment when working at elevated locations, related to their job assignments.

Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 8615(g) (2017) – Employer failed to require employees to use fall protection at elevated locations more than four feet above the ground, a serious, accident-related violation.
