SAFE PRACTICES AND PERSONAL PROTECTION, PERSONAL SAFETY DEVICES AND SAFEGUARDS – HEAT ILLNESS PREVENTION, EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3395(f)(2)(C) (2021) – Employer failed to implement emergency medical services in accordance with its written procedures. Employer was the controlling employer at a multi-employer worksite and was properly cited and responsible for the citation. However, Employer had no knowledge of the violation by its subcontractors. Therefore, the citation was reclassified from serious to general.
