SETTLEMENT - GOOD CAUSE Labor Code §6317 (2013) - It was within the Division’s discretion to withdraw two cited violations after receiving new evidence that Employer possibly qualified for an exception. Additionally, good cause existed for the Division to reclassify two other cited violations to notices in lieu. The Board affirmed the ALJ’s order approving the settlement.
