45 COR 40-7978 [¶22,810] INJURY AND ILLNESS PREVENTION PROGRAM (IIPP) – NEW OR PREVIOUSLY UNRECOGNIZED HAZARD Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a)(4)(B) (2018) – Employer’s IIPP was in compliance with the safety order. Wind and rain did not constitute a new and unexpected hazard that rendered the electrical work unsafe. LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SAFETY ORDERS – WORK PROCEDURES, ENERGIZED EQUIPMENT OR SYSTEMS, SUITABLE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND SAFEGUARDS Cal.
