Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3203(a) (2017) – Employer failed to implement its IIPP by not identifying, evaluating and/or correcting the hazard of exposing employees to overhead loads; or failing to provide training and instruction to its employees on how to conduct and control the movement of containers to avoid exposure to the hazards of overhead loads.
