Code Regs, tit. 8, §§ 3203(a)(7), (b)(2) (2017) – The Board reversed the ALJ’s decision that Employer violated §3203(a)(7). The language of that safety order does not require employers to train employees on their IIPPs. The occurrences of “training” in §3203 do not explicitly refer to training on the IIPP and, in context, refer to training on workplace safety issues and not to training on an employer’s IIPP.
