Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3648(o) (2011) - An employee was working in an elevated aerial device without being secured to the boom or basket of the device. Thus, Employer violated §3648(o).
VIOLATION - SERIOUS CLASSIFICATION
LAB. 8, §§ 6432(b), 6432(c) (2011) - The evidence supported the serious classification of the violation where the fall hazard from an elevated aerial device was 20 feet.
