Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3648(o) (2018) – Employer failed to ensure that three employees working in two separate aerial devices at a height over 30 feet were secured to the boom, basket, or tub of the aerial device by any means, such as a safety belt, body belt, or body harness equipped with safety strap or lanyard.
