CLEANING, REPAIRING SERVICING AND ADJUSTING PRIME MOVERS, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT – MATERIALS AND HARDWARE
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3314(e) (2015) – Employer failed to provide locks required for cleaning operations at the location where they might be needed and prior to the time they might be needed.

CLEANING, REPAIRING SERVICING AND ADJUSTING PRIME MOVERS, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT – CLEANING, SERVICING AND ADJUSTING OPERATIONS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3314(c) (2015) – Employer did not provide suitable extension tools or thorough training to an employee regarding how to use the tools he had while cleaning moving conveyor belts.

PRIME MOVERS AND MACHINERY – CONVEYORS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3999(b) (2015) – Employer failed to adequately guard the nip point between a conveyor belt and the nearest pulley.
