REPORTING WORK-CONNECTED INJURIES – REPORTING WORK-CONNECTED FATALITIES AND SERIOUS INJURIES Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 342(a) (2021) – Employer failed to report an employee’s serious injury in a timely manner.
