Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1630(a) (2018) – The Board affirmed a cited violation of §1630(a) for Employer’s failure to provide a construction passenger elevator once construction at the worksite reached 48 feet below ground level. VIOLATION – WILLFUL CLASSIFICATION Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 334(e) (2018) – The Appeals Board concluded that Employer’s failure to provide a construction passenger elevator once construction at the worksite reached 48 feet below ground level was not a willful violation.
