EXCAVATIONS - PROTECTIVE SYSTEM
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1541.1(a)(1) (2013) - The Division failed to prove that Employer did not protect employees from cave-ins. A hillside cut was classified appropriately as Type “A” soil and was sloped properly.
