Cal/OSHA and the Department of Industrial Relations will hold a Heat Illness Prevention Network (HIPN) conference call tomorrow Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 10:30 a.m. The session will update HIPN members on topics related to California's heat illness prevention standard and other efforts to protect workers from heat. Participants also will get a chance to ask questions of Division of Occupational Safety and Health Chief Len Welsh, DOSH Deputy Chief for Enforcement Chris Lee and DIR Director John Duncan.
