California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has cited Merced Farm Labor Contractor (MFLC) for three alleged serious/willful violations and proposed almost $363,000 in penalties following the heat illness death of a 17-year-old farmworker in San Joaquin County in May.
