Flash Report: Willful Allegations Against Water Resources Dept. in 2009 Near-Tragedy

Five workers were exposed to hurricane-like winds and almost were swept out with rushing water at Oroville Dam in July 2009 because of an ill-conceived test and a missing safety device, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) says after an investigation.
