The Appeals Board denied Employer's Petition for Reconsideration, finding that it raised no valid reason for reconsidering the ALJ decision of March 1, 1991 (Digest17,610). The Board adopted the ALJ decision, denying the appeal from a serious violation of 4553 (food and tobacco machinery, meat choppers, Class A), with $2,000 penalty.
