Elizabeth Hill says her woodworking business was a safe place for her employees. "I've got workers who have been here for 25 years without an accident," she said. While the previous owner didn't know much about safety, she was sure her program was up to snuff.The company, King Products, a small Los Angeles business that makes oval knobs, had a few injuries or illnesses, this in an industry considered high hazard.
