Appeals Board Says It’s Making Changes on Stakeholders’ Concerns, but Continuances Still Rankle

Cal/OSHA's judicial arm is making progress in addressing stakeholder complaints left over from the messy effort to defeat a huge backlog of cases. But on one issue -- requests for continuances -- the two sides appear to remain at loggerheads, as a recent advisory committee meeting showed.
