The Cal/OSH Standards Board adopted two safety order revisions and rejected a variance request by a ski lift operator at its Aug. 17 meeting in Sacramento.The board unanimously approved changes to General Industry Safety Orders (GISO) 3441 and 3455, Overhead Electrical Hazards in Agricultural Operations.The major changes are to 3445, Metal Fruit Picking Poles, requiring that a supervisor or person in charge of work crews inspect a work area to determine if employees would be exposed
