Cal/OSHA Issues 33 Citations, Proposes $800,000-Plus in Penalties – for Tosco Incident

OAKLAND -- California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has issued 33 citations to Tosco Refining Co., with proposed penalties of more than $800,000, for safety violations in a deadly February flash fire in Martinez.
