California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has issued citations to a Los Gatos plumbing company in the Jan. 7 gas explosion at a luxury auto dealership in that city, which resulted in serious injuries to two workers.The explosion occurred as the workers were replacing a valve system while installing a water heater.
