OAKLAND -- An Orange County Woman has petitioned the Cal/OSH Standards Board to investigate whether fluorescent lights, video games and doubleclick ads on computers can cause migraine headaches and photosensitive cluster seizures and should be regulated.Joan Krinsky, of Irvine, wrote to the board, "many people suffer from the headaches without realization of what causes them.
