Our July 23 story about Cal/OSH Appeals Board Decisions After Reconsideration (p. 8252) contained some misleading statistics. The number of individual DARs was not 438, as stated, but 271. The 438 number was a count of the topic headers in our informal index. A case often addresses more than one topic.In our July 16 issue we referred to the California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation as "CRLA," which actually is a separate organization.
