DOSH Cites Elevator Company in June Fatality at New 49ers’ Stadium

First Cal/OSHA said it could find no violations in the June death of an elevator mechanic at the Levi's Stadium project. But after further review, it has cited an elevator company for three serious violations. Grounds for an appeal? You bet, the company says.
