The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is investigating two workplace fatalities that happened earlier this month.On June 3, a 40-year-old tow truck driver employed by Jared Tucker Towing in Brawley was killed while attempting to load a piece of farm equipment onto the back of his truck.
