DOSH Finds 16,000-Plus Violations in First Three Quarters of 1998

SACRAMENTO -- The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) conducted more than 10,000 investigations in the first nine months of 1998, finding 16,538 violations, according to statistics just released by the division's Program Office.DOSH found 2.28 violations for every inspection, the statistics show.
