Dosh Workplace Inspections Up In 2005, But Citations Down A Bit

Statistics released by Cal/OSHA show that the Division of Occupational Safety and Health inspected 9 percent more workplaces than in 2004 and that surprise inspections were up 26 percent. But with the 9 percent rise in onsite inspections came a 9 percent decrease in violations cited.
