Fed-OSHA Cites Guam Firm After Worker Is Crushed by Soil Compactor

Federal OSHA has cited Inland Builders Corp., of Hagatna, Guam, for allowing workers to use a soil compaction machine known to have faulty brakes. The Feds' investigation follows the April 9 death of a worker at an apartment complex when the compactor rolled over its operator.Fed-OSHA issued a serious citation and proposed penalties of $5,600 in the case.
