Gov. Schwarzenegger has signed SB 484, by state Sen. Carole Migden, which could require California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) to develop standards to protect workers exposed to chemicals in cosmetics.The California Safe Cosmetics Act is intended to address "decades of inattention to the safety of chemicals in cosmetics."
